Wagyu Rib Cap (300g)

Wagyu beef is popular around the world because of its superior eating quality compared with other breeds of cattle. Not only does wagyu beef have higher levels of intra-muscular fat, or marbling, but the meat texture is finer, resulting in a more flavoursome eating experience

The rib cap steak, is a deboned cap of the ribeye. It  offers a high fat content that renders into the meat as it cooks, creating an unbelievably juicy and tender texture, with a rich, beefy flavor.

Each pack is cut about 1/4 cm thick is approx 270-300g. 

All wagyu is raised without hormones and antibiotics
